Borough of Manhattan Community College
BMCC is a college located in the heart of downtown NYC, in which students actively participate in the artistic communities of Tribeca and SoHo, the dynamic downtown financial district, and the center of New York City government at City Hall.
BMCC enrolls approximately 21,118 students in degree-programs and 10,000 more in continuing education programs. BMCC prides itself on its international student body. The school enrolls more international students than any other community college in the Northeast.

- Screens: There are 3 indoor LCD screens ranging in size from 32” to 42” as well as a large outdoor billboard.
- Orientation: Horizontal.
- Resolution: Indoor screens: 1920 x 1080, outdoor billboard: 208 x 160
- HDTV: No.
- Types of files accepted: This system can accept JPEG as well as uncompressed .AVI or .MPG.
- Amount of time the ad will be seen on the screen: Each PSA will be highlighted for approximately 12 seconds.
- Location of the screens:
- Screen 1 & 2 – located in the cafeteria, main lounge area
- Screen 3 – located in the main entrance way to lounge area
- Outdoor Billboard – located on the outside of BMCC’s theater, which is visible to all pedestrian traffic walking along Chambers street as well as pedestrian traffic going towards the main entrance of BMCC.
- Time: The indoor screens run during college hours, the outdoor screens runs from 7am – 9pm
