Media Opportunities

F.Y. Eye has worked closely with various media companies to offer our nonprofit clients discounted media options to reach their target audiences.  We continuously monitor media trends and negotiate with vendors to uncover excellent opportunities not normally reserved for the nonprofit sector.  We ensure our clients the absolute best deal on any given media buy.

Below are a few of the media options that have been utilized by our clients.

Online Advertising

  • Burst Media - An advertising network that works for independent web publishers to provide advertising representation, services, and technology across the broadest and deepest number of interest-based web sites online.  We work closely with Burst Media to offer our clients significantly discounted online advertising opportunities.
  • GothamGazette.com -  is a Web site about the issues facing New York City. This website works in conjunction with the Gotham Gazette printed addition - a leading daily publication covering New York City politics and NYC news including policies for police, housing, transportation, arts, etc.  We work with gothamgazette.com in offering our clients web banner ads and sponsorship options displayed throughout their website.

Print Advertising

  • New York Community Media Alliance - a member-driver organization that promotes and advocates for the ethnic and community media in New York and the metropolitan area.  Through the NYCMA, our clients have access to hundreds of publications with significantly discounted display ads.  NYCMA's Ad Service Program saves our nonprofit clients anywhere from 10% to 30% of advertising rates across the board regardless if one or several ads are being placed.  Their long-standing relationship with many of the publications makes negotiating excellent rates possible.  On occasion, NYCMA can secure editorial space for advertorials, when there are more than three ads.  Most publications no longer offer this option to even their for-profit clients placing 6 display advertisements or more.  The NYCMA facilitates in the research, design and negotiations of display ads as well as ad placement.  In addition, their staff offers secure translations for multi-lingual campaigns.  All our clients will receive an insertion order, confirmation of correct placement and tear sheets for every ad placed.  Nonprofits not only save money utilizing NYCMA's services, they also save a great deal of time.  FY Eye can say with confidence that no other ad agency in the city has the knowledge, contacts or relations that NYCMA has with this network of publications.
