The List Project
The List Project is a U.S. nonprofit organization, founded in 2007, with the belief that the United States Government has a clear and urgent moral obligation to resettle to safety Iraqis who are imperiled due to their affiliation with the United States of America. They are the first comprehensive organizational effort to honor the sacrifice of these Iraqis.
The List Project's goal is to help as many of the hundreds of Iraqis on their constantly expanding List make it to the United States through groundbreaking partnership with three top law firms and over 150 attorneys. They also provide a "cushion" for resettled Iraqis upon their arrival to America by building an integrated support fund to help defray emergency expenses and helping them find meaningful employment through their expanding network of partnerships with innovated NGOs.
F.Y. Eye is currently working with The List Project on several initiatives including a pilot web banner advertising program to generate awareness in two demographics, New York City and Los Angeles. Their marketing efforts had not yet reached the West Coast and so we put together a pilot campaign to generate awareness of their incredible mission and start drawing in potential donors to their efforts.
The List Project is continuously working to generate awareness of their efforts as well as draw in potential partnerships and donors to increase the number of Iraqi families that can be brought safely to the United States. Their past and current marketing efforts had been focused on the East Coast, but they had little funds to experiment in reaching the West Coast.
F.Y. Eye put together a pilot program utilizing their relationship with an online ad network that has no minimum budget for a web banner advertising campaign. This meant that The List Project could try out a variety of category targets to see what worked best for them.
Honing in on a specific age target, 35+ adults in NYC and L.A., we began advertising across hundreds of websites skewed specifically for this adult target audience. We continuously monitored and optimized their campaign to target only those websites responding well to their compelling web banner ads to ensure that their impressions weren't wasted on websites that had few click-throughs to their website.
Below are the actual web banner ads used for their emotionally compelling campaign that were created to resonate with a diverse target audience.
